Alison Sarmiento has over 17 years experience delivering change and improvement projects working across both public and private sector.

Dawn is expert in the provision of full end to end business analysis, pre-project analysis and report production, identification of best fit BA methodologies and strategy, application of change management tools and techniques to achieve business buy-in, early adoption of change and the realisation of maximum business benefits.

Dawn is a confident and accomplished stakeholder manager and communicator, with experience gained across a variety of organisations in both the public and private sector. Her specialist skills include Business Analysis; Feasibility Studies; Problem Analysis; TOM, Supplier Selection; Group facilitation; Mentoring; Coaching; Change Management.

Adel is passionate about business analysis and has over 17 years’ experience working across the full project lifecycle, from pre-project analysis through to implementation and service acceptance.

Adel is an expert in enabling the delivery of business change for customer-facing Private and Public sector clients, across all areas of an organisation, with proven expertise in Human Resources and Operations functions. Her primary focus is on building relationships and trust to enable collaborative working and to make people’s working lives better, by empowering them with the knowledge and confidence to embrace change.

Adel’s other passion is horses and when not working with clients she can be found building relationships and trust (using carrots or mints!) with her four legged friends.

Fran has over 12 years’ experience working for both private and public sectors and has worked with clients with just a few employees, blue-chip companies and multi-national organisations.

Fran really enjoys working in alliance with clients and their teams and has great stakeholder management skills. She is able to quickly make sense of complex situations and elicit requirements that get to the crux of what the business needs. Whilst she is thorough and detailed, she always remains focussed on the end goal.

Fran’s skillset includes Business Analysis, Test Analysis and Project Management. Frans has delivered projects using varied methodology including waterfall, agile and prince 2.
